Santa Run 2025
We were delighted to once again support the annual Santa Fun Run 2025 organised by the Colchester and Ipswich Hospitals Charity
The Fun Run took place on Sunday 30th November 2025 in Castle Park, Colchester with runners taking part in either a 3 of 5K run, all raising money for the Colchester and Ipswich Hospital Charity.
Hospital Radio Colchesters Roadshow Unit broadcast live from the run between 9 and 10am to help entertain and warm up the charity runners before the start of the run.
Another Sucessful Family Fun Day
Thanks to everyone that turned up and supported out fantastic Hospital Radio Colchester Family Fun Day, held on Bank Holiday Monday, 26th May 2025 on Lower Castle Park, Colchester.
The event featured Arena Attractions, Music, a Dog Display, Cheerleaders and Magic Show in the Arena, along with a huge Bark in the Park Dog Show and the annual Rotary Duck Race, with a bit of a difference.

2025 Patients Magazine Published
With the support of the great team at Smile Publications our brand new Patients Magazine for 2025 has been published.
Packed with useful information about Hospital Radio Colchester and many of the supporting services in the hospital, the magazine has long been popular with patients, staff and visitors.
We have had a close association with Smile for over 30 years, and would like to thank them again for helping us publish such a great magazine. Big thanks to all the advertisers that have made the publication possible.
