As the Patientline installation is now nearing completion the system has been activated with Hospital Radio Colchester available on Channel 6.
A period of testing has been undertaken and the signal is now being broadcast to all active Patientline terminals. Plans are underway to further improve the quality of the transmission by switching to a private radio link between the studio and hospital sites.
