Michele Monro, daughter of the late British singer Matt Monro was special guest on Hospital Radio Colchester this week.
In an hour long ‘Colchester Live special’ broadcast live on Tuesday 4th May, Michele spoke to Andy Patrick about her father’s career and her memories as she grew up. The interview follows the publication of the bestselling book 'The Singer's Singer: The Life and Music of Matt Munro' which has been written by Michele and the release of a new greatest hits CD.
The programme also featured many of the timeless hits from the much loved singer, including Portrait of My Love, From Russia With Love and Born Free. The music of Matt Monro is regularly requested on our popular Request Show.
