MANAGEMENT TEAM
The management committee consist of ten elected full members. Each have a specified role and serve for one year before they have to be re-elected. They are trustees of the charity and therefore have legal obligations. Management normally meets bi-monthly.
CHAIRMAN
Christine Bennett
The Chairman is the official head of the organisation. They preside over Management and General Meetings. They also oversee the general well being and morale of the service.
STATION MANAGER (VICE CHAIRMAN)
Mark Roberts
The station manager is responsible for the day-to-day running of HRC in liaison with other members fulfilling key roles. They will also resolve any immediate problems and assume the role of the Chairman in the absence of the Chairman. They will assist and advise the Chairman as necessary. They are responsible for liaising with external organisations and are responsible for the general studio cleanliness.
SECRETARY
Andy Patrick
The secretary organises and notifies members of Management and General meetings and also prepares and distributes agenda's for meetings in liaison with the Chairman. They take minutes of Management and General meetings and deal with any correspondence on behalf of the service. They prepare the draft Annual Report on behalf of the Management Committee. Also liaises with the hospital authorities on behalf of HRC.
TREASURER

The treasurer ensures that all bills are paid promptly and administers HRC's accounts in line with financial regulations. They provide relevant information for internal audit as required and also provide a financial statement at each management meeting. They also prepare yearly financial report for inclusion in the Annual Report.
MEMBERSHIP SECRETARY

The membership secretary maintains accurate records of all members of HRC and administers membership fees and membership cards. They organise regular new members evenings and liaise with team leaders to ensure that teams have adequate staff. They also provide a report for each management meeting and manages the training officer.
PUBLIC RELATIONS

The public relations officer ensures that all aspects of the service are well publicised within the hospitals and local area. They are responsible for all internal and external official communication and they liaise with the local media, taking advice from various members. They co-ordinate publication of the HRC Patients magazine and also station talks to local groups. They ensure HRC's website is kept up to date.
CHIEF HOSPITAL VISITOR
Penny Byczkcowski
The chief hospital visitor organises rotas for the team of hospital visitors, and monitors condition of patient headphones etc. They manage the team of hospital visitors and organise hospital parking permits. They also provide a report for each management meeting.
FUNDRAISING CHAIRMAN

The fundraising chairman chairs fundraising meetings and supervises all fundraising activities. They also provide a report for each management meeting.
PROGRAMME CO-ORDINATOR
Pete Matthews
The programme co-ordinator liaises with team leaders to ensure that programmes are broadcast to a high standard and offer a wide choice to listeners. They manage the record library and maintain a schedule of the programmes. They provide a report for each management meeting.
CHIEF ENGINEER

The chief engineer ensures that all HRC equipment is kept in good operational order and is serviced in line with manufacturers recommendations. They maintain accurate records of HRC's equipment assets and provide a report for each management meeting. They also manage the engineering team and advise the service in general on technical matters.
